Paper cutting blades are made by various metals like en 31, d2, di steels, en 47 and we are successfully manufacturing paper cutting blades 2" to 80".
We have metal hardness testing machines for cutting blades and various type of dies. Testing machine to test all finish paper and metal cutting blades after sale to customers. Electric furnaces to equal hardness of knives and dies and we are hardening in quince oil and air cooling for tempering.
